It's the birthplace of the Renaissance, has the art and architecture to prove it and is known as one of the most beautiful cities in the world. It is also the birthplace of Wandering Muse! My first home away from home. I spent almost a year living in this amazing city. Among other things, Florence plays a major role in the Italian fashion scene. It hosts world renown textile and trade shows as well as is home to the flagship stores for many major brands. I loved walking through the city every day admiring Italian fashion up close.
